Medical Spa Policies

To maintain our peaceful, stress-reducing environment, the following policies are strictly enforced. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will appreciate the ambiance we strive to create for you at Cerenity Integrative MedSpa.

Pricing & Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Memberships will automatically be withdrawn. We also accept Cerenity Integrative MedSpa gift certificates. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased and have a 5-year expiration date. These certificates can be applied to services as well as goods in our shop, but they cannot be used towards gratuity or purchasing a gift certificate, or sharing deals with other people.

Reservations: Reservations are necessary. All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking.

Cell Phones and Electronics: Cell phones must be turned off before entering the center. Limited use of cell phones in the lobby area of the center is appreciated as we try to ensure a calm atmosphere for our guests. Please keep all electrics in silence mode.

Cancellations & Late Arrival: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change appointments. Late cancellations, no-show appointments, and/or late arrivals result in an automatic cancellation fee of $50 and/or a loss of a membership session. Using the payment information used to book. We do require credit cards for reservation completion. If you choose to cancel, however, you call within a week to reschedule, the cancellation fee may be used towards your next visit. We also reserve the right to charge for late arrivals that prevent our staff from providing the full reserved services.

Late policy: Due to the fact that the length of our sessions is designed with your wellness in mind, we are usually unable to accommodate late arrivals, as doing so would require us to shorten your session (or that of the session after you). However, if you know that you will be late for your session, please call us as soon as possible at (440) 942-5300. We will do our very best to find a way to adjust your appointment, but please be aware that all late arrivals are subject to a fee, or the loss of one membership session.

Membership Cancelation Policy: The memberships are an open-end auto-renewal membership. If you should choose to cancel your membership a 30-day written notice must be provided by email to

Return Policy: Due to health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Freezing Policy: You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months for a minimum fee of $25.00 a month.

Special Occasion Packages for Groups & Parties:
Bridal Parties, Anniversaries, Birthdays - we cover them all. Please call us for more detail about these luxurious packages.
Parties are most welcome in the Center. Reservations are required to secure your desired time and date. If you’re interested in bringing a group of six or more people to Cerenity Integrative MedSpa, and/or would like to schedule a group session for a special event, please reach out to us by email at or call us at (440) 942-5300 and tell us a little bit about your group, your occasion, and your schedule. We will get back to you as soon as possible and do everything that we can to make your stay with us amazing!
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups. Services can be paid for individually if you wish. Please feel free to contact us for assistance in planning your event.
