To maintain our peaceful, stress-reducing environment, the following policies are strictly enforced. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will appreciate the ambiance we strive to create for you at Cerenity Integrative MedSpa.

Pricing & Payment:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Memberships will automatically be withdrawn. We also accept Cerenity Integrative MedSpa gift certificates. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards can be purchased and have a 2-year expiration date. These gift cards can be applied to services as well as goods in our shop, but they cannot be used towards gratuity, purchasing a gift card, or sharing deals with other people.


Reservations are necessary. All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking.

Cell Phones and Electronics:

Please keep all electronics in silent mode. Cell phones must be turned off in the sanctuary room. Limited use of cell phones in the lobby area of the center is appreciated as we try to ensure a calm atmosphere for our guests.

Cancellations & Late Arrival:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change appointments. Late cancellations, no-show appointments, and/or late arrivals result in an automatic cancellation fee of $50 and/or a loss of a membership session. Using the payment information used to book. We do require credit cards for reservation completion. We also reserve the right to charge for late arrivals that prevent our staff from providing the full reserved services.

Membership Cancelation Policy:

The memberships are a 12-month commitment. Once the 12 months have been satisfied then it will be an open-end auto-renewal membership. A 30-day written notice is required to request a cancelation by certified mail to 7511 Mentor Ave Suite 9 Mentor Ohio 44060 or by email to support@cerenitymedspa.com. There will be one more billing cycle, then the contract will end the day after, the last billing. The Medical Weight Loss Program is a 6-month commitment. You may go month to month after the 6 months have been satisfied until weight loss goals have been met.

Return Policy:

Due to health and safety reasons, all sales are final. No Refunds/No Return's.

Freezing Policy:

You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months for a minimum fee of $25.00 a month.

Special Occasion Packages for Groups & Parties:

Bridal Parties, Anniversaries, Birthdays - we cover them all. Please call us for more detail about these luxurious packages. Parties are most welcome in the Center. Reservations are required to secure your desired time and date. If you’re interested in bringing a group of six or more people to Cerenity Integrative MedSpa, and/or would like to schedule a group session for a special event, please reach out to us by email at support@cerenitymedsap.com or call us at (440) 942-5300 and tell us a little bit about your group, your occasion, and your schedule. We will get back to you as soon as possible and do everything that we can to make your stay with us amazing! There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups. Services can be paid for individually if you wish. Please feel free to contact us for assistance in planning your event.
